• Design, build and maintain the in‑house studio, recommending and installing cameras, lighting, audio and monitoring equipment.
• Film on‑location events, interviews, brand features and product shoots, adapting quickly to changing light and sound conditions.
• Edit full episodes and on‑location footage, handling pacing, colour grading, audio mixing, subtitles (Arabic & English) and short‑form reels for social platforms.
• Manage media assets, backups and YouTube deliverables such as thumbnails, chapters and export specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional video production experience covering studio podcasts and on‑location filming.
• Degree, diploma or certification in film, video production or a related field.
• Strong multi‑camera shooting and editing skills, with confidence operating cameras, gimbals and run‑and‑gun setups.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Organised, deadline‑driven and able to work independently; a valid UAE driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (including colour grading).
• Adobe Audition, iZotope RX or similar audio cleanup tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cinema and mirrorless cameras (Sony, Blackmagic, Canon) and related lenses.
• Studio and location lighting, audio capture and mixing equipment.
• Motion graphics in After Effects (advantage).
• Arabic and English subtitle workflow.
