Senior Procurement Officer (Emiratization program)

About the role

The Senior Procurement Officer will lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities for the organization, ensuring compliance with the Emiratization program and internal policies. This role is pivotal in securing the best value for goods and services while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full procurement cycle from request to contract award.
• Review procurement requests, verify approvals and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and manage tender processes.
• Evaluate commercial and technical proposals and produce recommendation reports.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and service agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts management and supplier relationship management.
• Proven track record in tendering, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluation and contract negotiations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
• Experience with end‑to‑end tender processes.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
