About the role
CSCEC ME is hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to join its team, specializing in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities) in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage procurement processes for large-scale road and infrastructure projects in line with RTA and DM guidelines and regulations.
- Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Provide strategic guidance to the procurement team on optimizing sourcing and supplier selection for high-value infrastructure projects.
- Manage and track procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Required profile
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges and utilities) in the UAE / GCC.
