Senior Product Specialist - Medlab (Lab - CMI)

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist provides clinical expertise, technical support and sales enablement for assigned medical device product lines. Working closely with sales teams, clinicians and internal stakeholders, the role drives product adoption, ensures safe and effective use and supports commercial growth through hands-on clinical and field engagement. The area covered is Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical and technical support: provide on-site support during procedures, case coverage and product demonstrations, troubleshoot products, guide clinicians before, during and after procedures, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Sales support: partner with sales teams to support account growth and sales targets, take part in customer meetings, presentations and tenders, support product evaluations, trials and new account openings, and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
• Training and education: deliver product training to healthcare professionals, run workshops, in-services and hands-on sessions, and help onboard and develop the sales team's product knowledge.
• Customer engagement: build relationships with clinicians, nurses, technicians and key stakeholders, act as a trusted clinical partner, gather customer feedback, and support KOLs and clinical events when required.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support post-market surveillance, complaints and vigilance reporting.
• Assist with forecasting, inventory planning and product availability coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a product or application specialist in Endourology, Critical Care or Gynecology within the medical equipment industry, ideally in the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
