Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure & Landscaping

About the role

An experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, external works and landscaping is sought to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master's in Project or Construction Management is an added advantage.
• 10+ years in construction, including at least 5+ years as a Project Manager on infrastructure, external works and landscaping projects.
• Proven track record of delivering landscape and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams, and coordinating with QS, procurement, engineering and HSE teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an additional advantage.

Required skills

• Full project lifecycle management, from planning to handover, including planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Contract administration, budget control, variations and change management.
• Authority approvals and inspections (UAE preferred).
• Review of drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Risk management and mitigation planning.
• PMP certification; RICS and HSE/quality certifications are added advantages.
