Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑visibility, digital‑transformation projects for a prestigious semi‑government entity in the UAE. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage project budgets, resources, risks and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with approved project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety and organisational governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex, IT‑enabled or digital‑transformation projects.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
• Previous experience in a Big Four professional services firm in the UAE is highly preferred.
