Senior Project Manager – Web3 Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of our Web3 ecosystem products, token launches and related campaigns. The role is execution‑first: you will own delivery, keep cross‑functional teams aligned and ensure timely shipping of complex blockchain initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Web3 products, token launches and feature rollouts.
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and delivery tracking.
• Conduct sprint planning, weekly execution reviews and provide stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate remote engineering, product, design and marketing teams.
• Identify, escalate and resolve risks before they cause delays.
• Maintain clear documentation, dashboards and delivery status visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Web3, blockchain or crypto projects, including dApp launches, token presales or IDOs.
• Proven ability to manage remote, cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving startup environments.
• Strong decision‑making and ownership mindset.
