Senior Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our high‑performance team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving property sales, advising clients on market trends, and managing the full sales cycle while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Provide guidance on market trends, pricing and investment potential.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales process from viewings to deal closure.
• Negotiate prices, terms and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Perform property valuations, market analysis and investment assessments.
• Present accurate market insights to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of local real‑estate laws, regulations and market dynamics.
• Valid real‑estate licence or certification where applicable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property listing platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
