About the role
Julphar is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold cGMP principles across all manufacturing sites. The role focuses on change control, product recall, and complaint management while delivering reliable KPI data to support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and organise the Change Control, Complaints, and Product Recall groups.
- Monitor and follow up on change controls, product recalls, and complaints for all Julphar plants.
- Provide accurate data for Key Performance Indicators and compile reports for the Quality Council.
- Develop user‑friendly systems and analyse performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life‑science quality management systems, preferably with proven eQMS management.
- Extensive knowledge of cGMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis.
