About the role
The Senior Quality Control Specialist will lead data monitoring and analysis activities to ensure operational excellence within our logistics and warehouse environment. This role focuses on identifying risks, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement across operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data monitoring and analysis according to the quality control monitoring plan and produce regular monitoring reports.
- Identify potential operational risks early, alert relevant departments, and recommend preventive actions.
- Collaborate with operations to diagnose problems, suggest improvements, develop action plans, and oversee implementation.
- Gather warehouse data monitoring requirements, design monitoring templates, and define reporting development needs.
Required profile
- Associate degree or higher in logistics management, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, data monitoring, or logistics operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, specifically Microsoft Excel.
