About the role
A global investment manager is hiring a Senior Quantitative Developer in Dubai to join a close‑knit team of cross‑asset Quant Developers and Researchers. You will shape a fast‑evolving research platform, helping to bring trading strategies into production and improving engineering standards.
Key responsibilities
- Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production.
- Provide technical leadership and raise engineering standards across the team.
- Improve software engineering practices, including the effective use of agentic coding tools.
- Automate and streamline large‑scale data preparation and cleansing.
- Build, enhance and support quantitative research tools.
- Continuously evolve the platform as business needs change.
