Senior Real Estate Specialist – Expansion

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Real Estate Specialist to lead end‑to‑end site management for its expansion across the UAE. You will be the primary liaison between Talabat and landlords, ensuring that real‑estate solutions support operational needs and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and propose suitable properties for dark stores, kitchens and logistics sites.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential locations aligned with Talabat’s expansion strategy.
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords, property managers and building management points of contact.
• Lead lease negotiations and renewals, securing favorable terms while ensuring legal and financial compliance.
• Track lease expirations, renewal options and termination clauses to mitigate risk.
• Resolve property‑related issues, coordinating with internal teams and escalating disputes when necessary.
• Conduct due‑diligence on prospective sites, verifying title deeds, ownership and permitted activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial real‑estate acquisition, lease negotiation and landlord management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, commercial and data teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
