Senior Registered Nurse – Endoscopy

About the role

The Senior Registered Nurse – Endoscopy will lead and manage the nursing team within the Endoscopy unit, ensuring patient‑centred, evidence‑based care and a positive experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
• Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
• Develop staff and foster an engaging team environment to enhance patient experience.
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Maintain compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards for continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised institute.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in Endoscopy, including ERCP procedures.
• At least 2 years senior nursing experience as a Team Lead or Charge Nurse in an Endoscopy unit.

Required skills

• Implementation of all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process.
• Knowledge of JCIA and related governance and regulatory standards.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of financial, risk and stock control management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
