Senior Registered Nurse

About the role

Medspace Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join its JLT outpatient clinic in Dubai. The position combines direct patient care, assistance to physicians, and supervisory duties within a multidisciplinary, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care during outpatient consultations, procedures, and treatment sessions.
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests, especially in gynaecology and general practice.
• Manage patient triage, record vital signs, and provide pre‑ and post‑procedure care.
• Ensure compliance with DHA clinical protocols, infection‑control standards, and accurate documentation.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate staffing and workflow with the clinic manager.
• Support inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Active DHA Registered Nurse license (or eligibility for a DHA letter).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or charge‑nurse role.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Experience in UAE outpatient/clinic settings is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
