Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking

About the role

ADCB's Retail Banking Group supports retail and micro-business customers with expert advice and a full suite of conventional and Shari'ah-compliant products and services, including digital innovation. As Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking, you will focus on corporate clients in the UAE, driving transaction banking revenue and supporting incentivised pay outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Transaction Banking marketing action plan targeting the corporate client base in the UAE, and manage corporate clients from a working capital perspective to meet agreed financial targets.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations to maximise selling opportunities and maintain customer service levels.
• Liaise with clients, advising on complex Transaction Banking solutions, new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities, and solve or escalate problems and serious issues.
• Cross-sell other products so that current and future client needs are met.
• Share Transaction Banking skills, knowledge and training with Corporate Relationship Managers to increase solution sales.
• Follow all organisational and departmental policies, processes and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing commercial banking clients.
• Experience in balance sheet analysis for commercial clients.
