Senior Relationship Manager – Global South Asia UHNW

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international wealth management platform to appoint a Senior Relationship Manager / Team Head responsible for expanding its Global South Asia Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) client business. The role offers flexibility for both individual producers and established teams seeking to leverage a globally connected platform with strong balance‑sheet and lending capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of Global South Asia UHNW and family‑office clients, delivering tailored wealth‑management solutions.
• Drive new client acquisition through an established network of entrepreneurs, business owners and centres of influence.
• Provide holistic advice across investments, lending, wealth structuring and succession planning.
• Leverage a broad product platform, including discretionary and advisory investments, alternative assets and bespoke financing solutions.
• Partner with internal specialists in wealth management, corporate banking and capital markets to deliver complex cross‑border solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of bankers where applicable, driving revenue growth and client acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing UHNW clients across the Global South Asia market.
• Demonstrated success in originating and growing client relationships with clear revenue responsibility.
• Strong transferable client franchise and an established regional network.
• Experience delivering sophisticated lending solutions, including securities‑backed financing, real‑estate lending, structured credit and liquidity solutions.
• Deep understanding of cross‑border wealth planning, investments and complex client structures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage a global platform and extensive balance‑sheet capabilities.
