Senior Relationship Manager – HNW Clients (Dubai)

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will serve Mashreq's high‑net‑worth (HNW) Gold clients, delivering personalized banking services and building long‑term relationships. The role focuses on growing the portfolio, cross‑selling products, and ensuring a superior client experience in Dubai Internet City.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored service to HNW clients, fostering loyalty and maximizing profitable contribution.
• Drive Mashreq Gold balance‑sheet sales, cross‑sell bank products, and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Source new business through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
• Communicate the full range of financial services to clients and identify their financial needs.
• Acquire new‑to‑bank HNW clients and retain existing ones while countering competition.

Required profile

• University graduate with strong selling and financial‑markets knowledge.
• Minimum 5‑6 years of relationship‑management experience in banking or financial services within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Extrovert/amiable personality and strong networking abilities.
• CISI certification is required.
