Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial real‑estate clients for ADIB's Wholesale Banking Group in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, cross‑selling banking products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while managing credit risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial real‑estate clients, achieving revenue, treasury, and cash‑management targets.
• Conduct regular client interactions, joint calls with product partners, and develop account plans to deepen relationships.
• Assume full credit‑risk responsibility, prepare credit applications, structure facilities in line with ADIB policy, and negotiate deal closures.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify problem credits early, and execute timely renewals of facilities.
• Develop sector expertise, track market trends, and maintain weekly pipeline reports.
• Ensure compliance with Sharia, Central Bank regulations, and internal policies, achieving satisfactory audit ratings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management within wholesale banking, with a focus on commercial real‑estate clients.
• Strong analytical ability to assess credit risk, structure facilities, and monitor portfolio health.
• Ability to work closely with product partners, customer service units, and internal credit committees.
