Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Real Estate will manage and deepen complex, multi‑product relationships for Mashreq’s Corporate & Investment Banking division. You will originate new business opportunities across the bank’s product suite, structure solutions with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate real‑estate clients, delivering both financial and non‑financial targets.
• Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments, risk rating evaluations and facility structuring in partnership with Credit Relationship Managers.
• Prepare credit proposals, liaise with Wholesale Risk Management and Compliance to resolve risk and regulatory matters.
• Drive optimal utilization of approved credit facilities by managing transaction flow, documentation and execution.
• Develop and implement tailored relationship strategies and account plans, including cross‑selling initiatives.
• Monitor macro‑economic, industry and market trends to assess impact on client portfolios and credit quality.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong credit analysis and business development experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex corporate relationships and deliver risk‑adjusted returns.
• Deep understanding of banking policies, procedures and operational frameworks.
• Excellent judgment in identifying, assessing and mitigating credit risks.
