Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage (UAE & International)

About the role

ADIB Group is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager for its Wealth Coverage team in Dubai. The role drives client acquisition and relationship management in the Priority and Private Banking segments, targeting HNWIs and UHNWIs locally and internationally. It also sources and cross-sells wealth management and liability products, using the bank's global network to find opportunities across markets where it operates.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing NTB clients for Priority and Private Banking and building long-term relationships with existing clients
• Engaging potential clients through targeted outreach, internal and external networks, branches, events and marketing initiatives
• Promoting wealth management products such as Sukuk, structure products, mutual funds and BancaTakaful, and cross-selling liability products and mortgages
• Using the international network to source clients and cross-border wealth and liability needs
• Leading client onboarding, ensuring documentation, compliance and KYC are completed accurately and on time
• Achieving targets for client acquisition, wealth revenues, FX revenues and net worth, and reporting performance metrics
• Representing the bank at events and private client gatherings to generate leads

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking or private banking
• Ability to source new clients and build profitable relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of self-motivation

Required skills

• Understanding of wealth management products, private banking services and liability solutions
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for wealth management
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
