Senior Relationship Officer – Credit Card & Balance Builder

About the role

The Senior Relationship Officer will work within Mashreq's Retail Banking Group to sell credit cards and balance‑building products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash. Operating from a call‑center environment, the role focuses on engaging customers through calls and face‑to‑face meetings to understand their needs and convert opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit cards and balance‑building solutions that match customer profiles.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Interact with team leaders, product managers, and inbound/outbound management for follow‑up actions.
• Identify process improvements through root‑cause analysis and recommend changes.
• Manage real‑time crises, resolve customer issues, and support portfolio growth.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar sales or call‑center environment.
• Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and people‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset and business sensitivity.
