Senior Sales Engineer – BMS & Controls

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer – BMS & Controls supports growth of the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions in the UAE. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Controls, the role focuses on acquiring new business through AMC contracts, retrofit projects, control optimisation and digital solution selling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategies to differentiate Johnson Controls in the region.
• Engage customers to design solutions using the BMS product portfolio and digital technologies.
• Identify and grow strategic accounts within the JCI installed base.
• Collaborate with internal pre‑sales teams to create techno‑commercial proposals.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and direct customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience selling maintenance & service contracts, upgrades and retrofit projects for building management systems.
• Proven track record of expanding accounts and generating new business.
• Valid UAE driving licence and strong English communication skills.
