Senior Sales Engineer – Security Systems

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer – Security Systems will report to the Sales Manager for Security Systems – GCC and will be responsible for achieving sales targets across the UAE. You will focus on new‑construction projects and expanding market share with both existing and new clients in key verticals, delivering technology‑driven solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Command Control Center, Analytics and other ELV offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value propositions and high‑quality proposals.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes, collaborating with the pre‑sales team.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls by leveraging market knowledge of competitor strategies, products and services.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and drive territory growth.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time‑management skills.
• Map stakeholders across contractors, consultants and end‑users to increase win rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• 5‑6 years of experience selling Security Systems in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English and a valid UAE driving licence.
