Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration & Food & Beverage

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager drives sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for industrial refrigeration solutions across assigned territories and industries, focusing on food & beverage, cold storage, logistics, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market share targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract award and project handover.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide intelligence to leadership.
• Mentor and lead the sales team, set performance goals, and drive a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably with exposure to the food & beverage sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.
• UAE driving licence.
