Senior Security Analyst

About the role

The Senior Security Analyst will lead and manage large, complex penetration testing and security assessment engagements for key client accounts in the UAE. The role combines technical execution, client advisory, and mentorship responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end penetration testing projects across web, mobile, API, network, cloud and configuration domains.
• Act as the primary technical and engagement lead, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance and clear stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level consultants, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct business‑logic reviews, threat modeling and red‑team exercises as required.
• Support presales activities including RFP responses, proposal writing and effort estimations.
• Contribute to service development, methodology improvement and creation of technical content such as whitepapers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on penetration testing or offensive security experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex security assessments for large clients.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with experience supporting presales efforts.

Required skills

• Web, Mobile, API, Network, Cloud and Configuration security assessments.
• Business‑logic review, threat modeling, red‑team exercises.
• Familiarity with OWASP, PTES, NIST and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWA, CRTO, CREST CRT/CCT (preferred).
