Senior Security Engineer - IAM & IGA

About the role

An experienced IAM & IGA professional is sought to implement, manage and support enterprise identity and access management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role reports to the IAM Practice Manager or Security Manager, is full-time and hybrid/on-site, and requires 5 to 10 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage IAM and IGA solutions
• Configure Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows
• Run access reviews and certification campaigns
• Implement RBAC and access governance policies
• Configure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and Identity Protection
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms
• Support SoD analysis and compliance requirements
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and REST APIs
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and teamwork skills

Required skills

• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), access reviews and certification
• SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SCIM
• Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC
• PowerShell and REST API automation (Python scripting also mentioned)
• Preferred: Saviynt, SailPoint or One Identity, PIM, and SAP SuccessFactors / Workday integration
