Senior SOC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to manage Splunk SIEM and UEBA services within a live Security Operations Center in the UAE. You will be responsible for onboarding log sources, tuning telemetry, and ensuring platform performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Splunk SIEM services, deploy scalable solutions and maintain CIM compliance.
• Define data ingestion strategy, create parsing logic, correlation rules and onboard new log sources.
• Optimize telemetry for collection, correlation and reporting, and build dashboards, alerts and reports.
• Collaborate with SOC, threat intelligence, IT, DevOps and security teams to improve SOC efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3‑5 years of SOC operations experience with hands‑on Splunk SIEM management.
• Strong SPL skills for complex queries, dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Splunk UEBA and tools such as Cribl.
