Senior Solution Engineer – FinTech

About the role

Seer Solutions is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join its Dubai office in JLT. The role focuses on designing and delivering robust FinTech solutions, including digital wallets, payments and remittance platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, secure, and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C#/.NET (6/7/8) Web API and microservices using REST, gRPC and API‑Gateway patterns.
• Design, optimise and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, indexing and query tuning.
• Implement message‑based integration with RabbitMQ/MassTransit and caching strategies using Redis.
• Containerise applications with Docker, manage Linux environments and support Azure cloud deployments.
• Secure APIs with JWT/OAuth2, encryption and industry‑standard best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 6‑8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in FinTech, digital wallet, payment or banking domains, including leading small technical streams.
• Strong ownership, clear communication and ability to debug production issues under pressure.
• Experience reviewing code, mentoring junior developers and adhering to engineering standards.
