The Senior Spa Receptionist ensures exceptional guest experiences throughout the entire spa journey, representing the brand with flawless service. You will delight guests from welcome to farewell while maintaining the highest standards for all spa treatments.

• Complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, beauty therapy or a related field (high school diploma minimum).
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• College degree in Hotel Management or related discipline preferred.
