Senior Specialist - Internal Communications

About the role

The Senior Specialist in Internal Communications will shape ENOC’s corporate culture by designing and delivering strategic communication initiatives that engage and inform employees about the company’s mission, values and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with business objectives, measuring impact through KPIs and feedback.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, intranet, email updates and digital signage, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain crisis communication protocols and support emergency response communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and act as liaison to promote two‑way communication and employee advocacy programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in public relations, internal communications or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR or a related discipline; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering creative internal campaigns that boost employee engagement and loyalty.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and internal communication platforms.
