Senior Specialist QA/QC

About the role

The Senior Specialist QA/QC will develop, perform and monitor quality processes and QA/QC activities for projects and engineering within ADNOC Group, ensuring compliance with international and GP&E standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality management standards, procedures and governance documents aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 29001 and ISO 10006.
• Lead audits, reviews and verifications, manage non‑conformance reports, and drive continuous improvement of project quality.
• Coordinate third‑party inspection frameworks, evaluate service delivery and ensure effective integration with project teams.
• Monitor QA/QC KPIs, risk registers and audit actions, providing regular status updates to senior management.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and performance management for the QA/QC function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with an advanced professional degree.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project quality management, including major project QA/QC leadership.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and relevant industry certifications (AWS, TWI, NACE, API).
