Senior Specialist Revenue Enablement - MENA

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA Revenue Enablement function. The role will coordinate enablement programs, maintain reporting and content, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications, workshops and other enablement programs, managing logistics, calendars and communications.
• Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards, tracking attendance, completion, certification, assessment results and other KPIs.
• Identify repetitive processes for automation, support AI tools, create reusable templates, playbooks and resources for commercial teams.
• Maintain and organize MENA enablement content, support Highspot governance and adapt global resources for regional audiences.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, Program Management or similar.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
