Senior Strategy Manager – Energy & Industrials

About the role

At EY-Parthenon, we are looking for a seasoned strategy professional to join our MENA team in Abu Dhabi as a Senior Manager focusing on Energy and Industrials. You will lead high‑impact consulting engagements for oil & gas clients, shaping strategic roadmaps and supporting the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic consulting engagements within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Define project objectives with senior leadership and ensure execution meets EY-Parthenon standards.
• Work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges and provide actionable insights.
• Manage project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking institution; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, preferably in energy‑transition, strategy roadmaps, or industrial competitiveness.
• Proven consulting background delivering strategic projects in the MENA Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Market assessment and business strategy development.
