Senior Strategy Specialist

About the role

Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services is hiring a Senior Strategy Specialist for a full-time position in strategic planning. The role reviews the organization's vision and mission with the leadership team, develops strategic planning policies and procedures, prepares and evaluates the strategic plan, and cascades its objectives across all organizational units.

Key responsibilities

• Review the organization's vision and mission with the leadership team and coordinate the implementation of the resulting changes according to the direct supervisor's instructions.
• Develop the strategic planning policies, methodologies and work procedures.
• Prepare and evaluate the strategic plan and the implementation programmes arising from it.
• Develop the key performance indicators linked to the strategic plan and measure their results periodically.
• Link the strategic plan with the implementation plans of each organizational unit and cascade objectives across the organization.
• Carry out studies on organizational structure development with the Human Resources Department and develop the guide outlining the duties and responsibilities of organizational units.
• Provide technical support and advice on strategic planning within the organization.

Required profile

• Master's degree: 6 years of experience in strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree: 8 years of experience in strategic planning.
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
• UAE nationality required.
