Senior Supervisor – Loss Prevention

About the role

The Senior Supervisor – Loss Prevention is responsible for safeguarding guests, employees, and assets across the hotel property. This role combines active patrolling, incident response, and investigative duties to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, assist guests with room access, and lock entrances when required.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire‑life‑safety systems, responding to alerts promptly.
• Conduct daily hazard inspections, respond to accidents, and provide first aid/CPR or contact EMS as needed.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports, loss‑prevention shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and alarm‑system operation.
• Ability to administer first aid/CPR and respond to emergency situations.
• Experience with incident reporting and documentation.
