Senior System / Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System / Business Analyst to join a fast‑growing digital product organization. In this role you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, turning complex product requirements into clear, actionable documentation for engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and product requirements and produce high‑quality technical specifications for web‑based products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering and technical leadership to align on system requirements.
• Identify missing details, inconsistencies, risks and edge cases within specifications.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to system‑level design and architecture decisions.
• Standardize and continuously improve system analysis and documentation processes.
• Support development teams by ensuring requirements are actionable, testable and well‑defined.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in technical environments.
• Strong technical background, preferably with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently gather, analyse and formalise complex requirements.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and structured problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in Russian, as documentation is primarily in Russian.
• Availability to work within European time zones.
