About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function for a fast‑growing Data Centre start‑up. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategy and secure top talent across construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Engage senior‑level and C‑suite candidates, managing them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Hire across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
- Negotiate compensation packages to attract high‑calibre talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
- Proven track record managing and leading recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of senior‑level market dynamics and candidate sourcing.
