Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing business consulting firm that is expanding its product and digital capabilities. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle for product and digital positions, acting as a strategic talent partner while delivering day‑to‑day transactional hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned product and digital roles.
• Directly source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building robust talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and provide market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding activities.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Support evolving hiring needs as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within product, digital or technology environments.
• Ability to independently manage hiring from sourcing through onboarding.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Warm, professional personality with a growth‑oriented, commercially driven mindset.
