Senior Trade Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Finance Specialist to lead trade‑finance operations, documentary credits, guarantees, collections, import and export financing, and related documentation. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day trade‑finance activities across import, export, domestic and cross‑border transactions, managing letters of credit, bank guarantees and documentary collections.
• Review and coordinate issuance, amendment, advising, confirmation, presentation and settlement of trade‑finance instruments with banks and internal teams.
• Ensure trade documents comply with letter‑of‑credit terms and applicable Incoterms, and resolve discrepancies and bank queries.
• Monitor trade‑finance facilities, utilization, maturity dates, collateral requirements and exposures.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiate terms and fees, and support treasury liquidity planning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in trade finance, documentary credits and bank guarantees.
• Strong risk awareness, compliance knowledge (KYC, AML, sanctions) and ability to work cross‑functionally.
