Senior UX Designer – Mobile‑first Gaming‑style App

About the role

We are looking for a senior UX designer to shape a brand‑new mobile‑first digital app aimed at a younger, digitally native audience. The product will feel more like a game than a traditional financial service, requiring playful and intuitive interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end UX design of a greenfield digital product.
• Design game‑like user journeys, flows and interactive features.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and polished visual designs.
• Test, iterate and continuously improve the experience based on user feedback.
• Maintain the highest visual and interaction quality standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level UX designer with a strong creative instinct.
• Experience in fintech, consumer tech, gaming or other digital‑first products.
• Portfolio that showcases interaction design, flow and playful experiences.
• Ability to challenge conventional patterns and think like a product gamer.
