Senior Vice President Supply Chain

About the role

Abu Dhabi Airports is looking for a Senior Vice President Supply Chain to lead and deliver the organization's end-to-end supply chain strategy. The role covers procurement, category management, contracts, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, inventory, fleet operations, workshop services and goods movement, and is accountable for supply continuity, cost optimization, commercial performance, revenue generation and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the division's strategy, objectives and plans; set KPIs, budgets and targets; ensure compliance with governance and Delegation of Authority; lead organizational development, succession planning, talent management and Emiratization
• Lead strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management; oversee procurement of goods, services, consultancy, concessions and capital projects; develop tendering strategies and lead contract negotiations
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, logistics and materials management, and fleet management, vehicle workshops and goods movement; manage supply chain risks and business continuity
• Drive commercial performance and revenue growth through pricing strategies, tariffs and revenue assurance; monitor cost savings, benefits realization and budget adherence
• Lead digital transformation, including ERP, e-sourcing, contract management and analytics systems, and promote automation, data analytics and AI
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, support HSE and sustainability objectives, monitor contractor compliance and maintain ethical procurement practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP or equivalent
• Minimum 14 years of experience across supply chain, procurement, logistics and contract management
• At least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing large, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms and digital supply chain technologies
• Experience in aviation, government, semi-government, infrastructure or facilities management is preferred
