Senior VIP Relationship Manager MENA

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join its VIP team in the MENA region. The role serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients, aiming to enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty and drive business success in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication.
• Help build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules and track the status of key customers.
• Analyze client behaviour, identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders from different departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.

Required profile

• Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
• Prior experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred.
• Experience working on trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and staying up to date with its trends and innovations.
