About the role
The Service Advisor ensures a professional and seamless customer journey, focusing on retention and profitability while upholding service values and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement AF standard processes and service values to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Increase profitability through sales, upselling, and cross‑selling of products and services.
- Maintain quality standards and apply 5S for operational efficiency.
- Comply with health and safety requirements and continuously upgrade technical knowledge.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 3‑6 years experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputable workshop.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales within an automotive service environment.
Required skills
- Sales techniques, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive body parts and repair processes.
- Operational best practices and quality standards maintenance.
