Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth experience from vehicle drop‑off to pick‑up. You will manage service schedules, provide detailed service information, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, understand their needs, and record vehicle details.
• Prepare accurate job cards, obtain approvals for repairs, costs, and delivery times.
• Coordinate test drives, monitor job progress, and communicate updates or additional repairs to customers.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and delivered on time, handling any delays proactively.
• Achieve financial and non‑financial targets such as labour sales, CSI scores, and service campaign goals.

Required profile

• Degree or 3‑year diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a dealership, preferably with EV brands.
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with service management software.
