Service Advisor - Toyota

About the role

Al-Futtaim Motors is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Service Advisor to represent Toyota in Dubai. The role is about delivering a seamless aftersales journey to customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Reception Manager, Aftersales Managers and Workshop Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
• Drive monthly revenue through strategic upselling and smart discount management.
• Advise customers on their needs so vehicles are serviced right the first time.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and uphold on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and improve service scores.
• Follow all company policies and procedures for a consistent, premium experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Solid understanding of automotive products, processes and technical details.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills, and a willingness to work extended hours to meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge preferred).
• Team player with flexibility to work extended hours.
