About the role
We are looking for a Service Designer to enhance customer experience (CX) and drive digital transformation initiatives. The role involves mapping customer journeys, creating service blueprints and collaborating with stakeholders across government or large organisations.
Required profile
- Proven track record in improving customer journeys within government or large organisations.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent report writing and visualisation skills.
- Bilingual English & Arabic preferred; prior UAE government or consulting experience is an advantage.
