Service & Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a range of equipment, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with safety standards. This role involves both on‑site work at customer locations and coordination with the internal service team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance services.
• Diagnose faults and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience in service and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
