About the role
Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting a Service Operations Specialist for a leading digital bank. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling chats, tickets, emails and calls day and night across eight shifts. The role is on-site in the Customer Care Operations department.
Key responsibilities
- Provide shift-based, 24/7 technical support as first contact via in-app chat, ticketing system, email and (where applicable) phone
- Answer chats, emails and tickets within target SLAs
- Aim for first-contact resolution on the published catalogue of standard requests
- Log all interactions accurately in the support platform
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication with requesters
- Contribute to knowledge-base improvements based on observed technical issues
Required profile
- 1+ year of experience in customer-service or service-desk roles, ideally in fintech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 coverage model
Required skills
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk or Jira
