Service Supervisor I-Slickline

About the role

Halliburton is hiring a Service Supervisor I-Slickline in Abu Dhabi for its wireline and perforating product service line. The role leads a crew delivering the least complex slickline services in a geographic area, under general supervision, and is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing slickline services and ensure customer satisfaction at the well site
• Review the job design and confirm the job packet has the right equipment and processes
• Confirm that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct
• Perform the job in compliance with HMS processes and apply technical knowledge to unanticipated situations, consulting the HES operations base as needed
• Maintain assigned equipment and perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance
• Train service operators and operator assistants and promote safety and environmental awareness
• Document HSE activities such as site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings and PPE use, and complete well site and post-job paperwork
• Take part in post-job reviews, quality improvement and in identifying sales opportunities for additional HES products
• Develop skills to run more complex and broader HES offerings, including customer service, negotiation and leadership
