Service Supervisor I-Slickline

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is hiring a Service Supervisor I-Slickline in Abu Dhabi. The role leads a crew delivering the least complex slickline services in a geographic area, under general supervision, and is accountable for onsite customer satisfaction. It sits within the Wireline and Perforating product service line.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing slickline services and ensure customer satisfaction at the well site
• Review the job design and confirm the job packet includes the right equipment and processes
• Confirm that unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job
• Perform the job in compliance with Halliburton management system (HMS) processes and consult the operations base on unanticipated situations
• Maintain assigned equipment and perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed
• Train service operators and operator assistants and promote safety, environmental awareness and quality improvement
• Document HSE activities such as site assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings and PPE use, and complete well site and post-job paperwork
• Recognize sales opportunities for additional HES products and services and share them with colleagues
